Certified kits ensure specimens arrive safely
ThermoSafe® Diagnostic Shippers are ready-to-use combination/triple packaging kits that have been tested and certified to meet the material and performance requirements for the transport of diagnostic specimens in conformance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), U.S. Postal Service and International Air Transport Association (IATA) Packing Instruction 650.
Kits include:
- 95 kPa certified receptacles (tubes or bags depending on kit)
- Sufficient absorbent material to absorb maximum capacity of of liquid
- IATA Packing Instruction 650, Biological Substance, Category B label
