ThermoSafe’s Sustainability Commitments & Reporting

When it comes to sustainability reporting, there are many mandatory and voluntary frameworks including environmental, social, and governance impacts and progress towards established targets. We strive to follow best practices, like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and GHG Protocol, and report to the most recognized frameworks such as SBTi, CDP, and many more.

Sonoco has Science Based Targets since 2021

Our Emissions reduction targets were validated in 2021 by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a partnership between CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute, and the World Wildlife Fund for Nature.

Sonoco reports into CDP each year.

The CDP is an international non-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom, Japan, India, China, Germany, Brazil and the United States of America that helps companies and cities disclose their environmental impact.
